I started out this whole journey in to health and fitness when I plucked the courage up to go to a pole fitness class. Truth be told… I was pretty bad. Overweight. Confidence rock bottom. Fitness ability – Zero.

But over the years that all gradually changed… And I realised exercise didn’t have to feel like a punishment, it could actually be enjoyable (never thought I’d say that).

I became a bit obsessed with anything pole, aerial and bodyweight related. I have dreams of running away with the circus… but until then, I’m here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals 😉

WHO I HELP

I help busy women get in shape and break the cycle of yo-yo dieting, so that they never have to diet again (or feel worried about ‘losing control’ around food).

Most weight loss plans focus all of the attention on the weight loss, restriction and avoidance – makes sense right? Sure… But this means that many of us are GREAT at dieting, but not so good at keeping the weight off…

That’s why we’ll work on a plan together that places as much emphasis on the weight loss, as we do on what happens after, meaning you can enjoy food without the fear of ‘falling off the waggon’.
