Marko Bede
Marko has been working within the sports industry for 12 years and has trained in multiple sport disciplines. In his home country, he served in the Hungarian Police Force and it was this role that cemented his love for fitness. Always doing what needs to be done to get in shape as effectivity as possible. He has a passion for functional fitness, with kettlebell training being his personal go to.

BIO
Marko served in the Hungarian Police Force and during this time he learned the correct use of kettlebells as a training technique. It was at this time he also underwent a sports trainer qualification and began personal training in Hungary. In 2013, Marko moved to England to continue his career and underwent another personal training course. He continued mastering the technique of kettlebell and still continually develops his knowledge. Since he has joined the RISE family, Marko has also qualified as a TRX trainer.
