Hot Pilates combines the perfect mixture of classic and dynamic Mat Pilates movements, whilst under the heat of our infrared panels. With the room at 36-40°C, you’ll be able to sweat, stretch and sculpt like never before. Hot Pilates will help to tone your muscles, boost strength and enhance flexibility. Bring your own ankle weights as an optional extra, and we recommend you bring a sweat towel!

A class designed for beginners, and the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates. An ideal session for those looking to try something new and wanting to learn more about how to use the reformer safely, or just those looking for a slower-paced class with controlled movements. We recommend attending this class first if you haven’t done Reformer Pilates before. Grip socks are required, please bring your own, or they are available to purchase at the gym.
