BIO

Being a professional dancer meant I’ve always had a passion for training , exercise and keeping fit.
Though after the birth of my son I did spend a year jumping from one diet to the next but failed to see any kind of results whilst trying to regain my pre pregnancy body.
Refusing to go up another size , I eventually hired a PT to get me back in shape and that gave me the knowledge, motivation and accountability to get my body back and now I want to devote my time helpings others get back to feeling good about themselves.
