BIO

Chris has been training for over 22 years in gyms all over the UK. It has been a massive passion since he was 16 to lift weights, slowly getting stronger fitter and bigger. He wanted to help people with the knowledge and experience he gained from years of training and pass this on to people who were looking to achieve a similar thing.

He has played almost all sports possible but only stuck with bodybuilding and lifting as nothing else resonated with him and has not stopped since. His other passion is nutrition and anatomy and physiology he has spent much of his life studying, reading research papers and learning as much as possible to increase his knowledge. This is a very important aspect of life and especially for any athlete it really makes the difference between progress and not making any. He also is a qualified chef and is more than happy to provide any help on food prep, cooking or recipes.
