My background is as a professional dancer and aerial acrobat, has helped me become a versatile personal trainer and bring a different element to the gym floor. My wide range of experiences across a different range of fields as well as working in different countries and with distinct clientele, broaden my ability to understand each individuals needs.
Specialising in functional training, Pilates and mobility. I can offer varied training methods, with an emphasis on good technique and discipline. Having the foundations to train correctly and confidently are essential for gym success.
I am highly motivated and passionate about what I do, and more so helping others to explore ways in which they, too, can see the benefits and the enjoyment in exercise.
