Amandeep began martial arts at the age of 5 and learnt to build confidence and discipline through physical exercise. He qualified as a personal trainer 5 years ago and since has also become CPPS Level 1 + 2 qualified. Amandeep believes in helping people to become better and reach their full potential through learning the fundamentals so that you can make the progress you want both inside and outside of the gym.
