  • From training for 3 different sports as a kid to battling with calorie restriction and self confidence as a teen, my fitness background has seen and done it all. I initially decided to get a Personal Trainer certification as a way to once and for all learn and heal myself from the damage tha fad diets and yo-yo training did to me, but I ended up discovering an untapped passion and drive that I never could have imagined. My approach to fitness is now the sustainable one: I don’t believe in quick fixes, “all or nothing” approaches or extreme restrictions. Instead, I am committed to you, your journey, your struggles and your goals, and together we will create a long-term plan that works around your schedule and fitness level.
