Having struggled with eating disorders and a negative relationship with body image in her teens, Beth fell in love with weight training after it completely transformed her physical and mental health. Her drive and passion for weights quickly turned into a successful career, helping many others transform their lives by educating them about training, nutrition and mindset to become their strongest and most confident selves. Now, as a world class competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, Beth holds regional, British and international champion titles in both sports. She is currently the only PRO female natural bodybuilder in Hertfordshire, and we are proud to offer her personal training services exclusively at Rise Gym. With over a decade of experience coaching bodybuilding and powerlifting, her work ethic and passion for building muscle and strength shines through in her coaching.
