My main interests through my studies and experience are based around mindset and improving sports performance, especially acceleration and max speed. Working with people looking to make it to the next level in their sport to the weekend warrior. I have also coached football both here in the UK, and in the states.
I also like to help those with a lack of time, external pressures from work and family, who want to get back to those days of feeling energetic, focused, confident and to be assured of your physical capabilities.
