BIO

Having been over 6 and a half stone heavier after the birth of her son, I joined a local gym and fell in love with the results that being consistent and training hard brought.
Seeing clients transformations and their hard work paying off creates a drive to help even more people achieve their dream; whether that it weight loss, strength based or just to get fitter.
Having run 5 marathons over the past few years, means that  I am also able to give advice to clients who are training for either half or full marathons.

Fitness has so many benefits and she cannot wait to share this with even more clients and members
