I became a PT to support men & women to begin & grow their fitness journey while maintaining a balanced, enjoyable lifestyle. 

Personally, I had always struggled with my body image and being overly conscious of my weight & comparing myself to others. 

After being introduced to the gym, I have found new self-confidence and freedom, knowing that I am working on myself – even with a bright red face! 

I take pride in knowing that I have helped people flourish into confident gym goers who are constantly improving in strength, body image views & mobility. 

I feel I can help with any nerves or anxiety you may have in the gym environment, as I was once the same.
