BIO

I am a qualified personal trainer with 7 years of experience and I have a passion for all types of fitness from sports such as rugby to boxing as well as weight training and HIT. I like to have a bespoke approach to personal training and I tailor my sessions based on each individual’s needs and goals. I’ve been doing boxing training for over 10 years and I started at Finchley Boxing Club. I think boxing is a great tool with many benefits for general fitness and particularly for stress relief, weight loss and self-confidence. With a little bit of guidance, you can achieve and exceed your goals.
