Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates combines the perfect mixture of classic and dynamic Mat Pilates movements, whilst under the heat of our infrared panels. With the room at 36-40°C, you’ll be able to sweat, stretch and sculpt like never before. Hot Pilates will help to tone your muscles, boost strength and enhance flexibility. Bring your own ankle weights as an optional extra, and we recommend you bring a sweat towel!
Calisthenics:Skills
Learn to control your body weight! In this skill based session you’ll learn how to unlock gravity-defying skills and learn what the human body is really capable of!
Calisthenics:Fundamentals
Rep it out! Learn to build strength and lift your body weight! In this partner workout you’ll learn the fundamentals of how to use your body weight to unlock and build strength – reps and style!
Reformer Foundations
A class designed for beginners, and the perfect introduction to Reformer Pilates. An ideal session for those looking to try something new and wanting to learn more about how to use the reformer safely, or just those looking for a slower-paced class with controlled movements. We recommend attending this class first if you haven’t done Reformer Pilates before. Grip socks are required, please bring your own, or they are available to purchase at the gym. Not suitable for pregnant members.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is the perfect low-impact, full body workout that everyone is talking about. Using controlled, precise movements on a reformer machine to improve core and full body strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Reformer Pilates trains you to work out safely and give you the best strength and mobility. Grip socks are required, please bring your own, or they are available to purchase at the gym. Not suitable for pregnant members.
Warm Yoga
Warm Yoga is a practice performed in a gently warmed room (25-30°C), that is slow, deliberate and focuses on mindful movement and breathing to improve your flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. A perfect active recovery class and compliment to your training.
Hot Yoga
This invigorating class combines the fluid movement of Vinyasa flow with the intensity of a heated room (36-40°C). You’ll move through a dynamic sequence of postures that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The heat helps to deepen stretches, detoxify the body, and amplify your focus, making this a challenging yet deeply rewarding practice for both body and mind. Expect to sweat, breathe and flow. Be sure to hydrate well and listen to your body throughout the practice.
Ride Coach by Colour
Our enhanced ride uses 5 colour zones matching our state of the art studio lighting. This stimulating ride takes you through different effort levels tailored at the right intensity for you as an individual. This is the optimal way to train.
Ride

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a vinyasa style of Yoga. Each pose flows into the next in a sequence linking movement to breath. The benefits of this dynamic practice include improved strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy, depending on how you feel. Our experienced teachers are the best at what they do, crafting bespoke classes full of playful sequences.

Led by our skilled HYROX Master Trainers, everyone is sure to be pushed to their limits!
Rise:Burn
Ignite your metabolism and feel the heat in Burn – a high-energy class designed to torch calories and boost fat loss. Combining cardio bursts with bodyweight and strength-based moves, this session keeps your heart rate up and your energy high. Fast, fiery, and effective – Burn is your go-to for serious sweat and results.
Rise:Box 45
For 45 minutes we combine boxing combos with strength & conditioning exercises in a circuit style class for a full body blast. Gloves, Guard up, it’s time to Raise Your Game.
Rise:Build
In this 45 minute Barbell and Kettlebells class, we lay solid foundations allowing you to build strength and stability. Strength classes boost your metabolism so if you are hitting a wall with your progress then this is the class for you! BUILD strength, BUILD endurance, BUILD confidence.
Rise:Bands
This might be low impact, but the muscles will be on fire. We are sculpting lean muscle and mobilising our joints using resistance bands all to a banging playlist to keep that energy alive!
Pilates
45 minutes of slow paced and focussed breath and strength work will create a strong body and mind. Do not be fooled, those deep core muscles will be burning in no time.
Hot Stepper
This is exactly what it says on the tin! A class of dance cardio movements utilising our steps, slowly building routines to incredible tracks. Get ready to step, smile & sweat.
