Ride
A 45-minute freestyle cycle class. Our instructors take you through a mixture of climbs, jumps & sprints to get the most out of your ride. Lose yourself in the music, RISE n RIDE
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a vinyasa style of Yoga. Each pose flows into the next in a sequence linking movement to breath. The benefits of this dynamic practice include improved strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy, depending on how you feel. Our experienced teachers are the best at what they do, crafting bespoke classes full of playful sequences.
Yoga
Our yoga classes focus on mindful movement and breathing to improve your flexibility, mobility and overall well-being. A perfect active recovery class to compliment your training. Suitable for all levels.

HYROX training stands out for its unique blend of functional exercises and cardio endurance, making it accessible to individuals of varying fitness levels. Whether you aim to compete in upcoming races with tailored programs or simply seek a new fitness challenge, our classes cater to all. Led by our skilled HYROX Master Trainers, everyone is sure to be pushed to their limits!
Rise:Burn
Ignite your metabolism and feel the heat in Burn – a high-energy class designed to torch calories and boost fat loss. Combining cardio bursts with bodyweight and strength-based moves, this session keeps your heart rate up and your energy high. Fast, fiery, and effective – Burn is your go-to for serious sweat and results.
Rise:Build
In this 45 minute Barbell and Kettlebells class, we lay solid foundations allowing you to build strength and stability. Strength classes boost your metabolism so if you are hitting a wall with your progress then this is the class for you! BUILD strength, BUILD endurance, BUILD confidence.
Rise:Bands
This might be low impact, but the muscles will be on fire. We are sculpting lean muscle and mobilising our joints using resistance bands all to a banging playlist to keep that energy alive!
Pilates
45 minutes of slow paced and focussed breath and strength work will create a strong body and mind. Do not be fooled, those deep core muscles will be burning in no time.

A studio-based boxing workout, working with pads and gloves, and is combined with conditioning exercises. This high-intensity workout will push you to your limits, and is suitable for all levels.
